Premiere pro crashes on playback but works fine in safe mode

hey installed premiere cs5 , updated latest update , when playback footage program crashes, i've tried safe mode , program works fine & video wonderful , can edit no problem, of course there'e no sound can't edit that, suggestions?

 

 

system specs: windows 7 professional 64 bit

processor:         intel(r) core(tm) i7 cpu  860 @ 2.80ghz 2.79 ghz

intalled ram:      8 gb

op sys:  64 bit

if has fix please let me know thanks

have updated video driver? if not, issue. go nvidia, or ati web site, , latest version video card.

 

now, else consider during boot up, loading, getting in way. article give tips. in safe mode, problem programs , processes not loaded.
