Text Entry Box Limiting Characters Only When Published

hi there,

 

i new captivate, , have published first captivate course. have 2 text entry boxes causing me errors. each 1 seems limit amount of characters typed in, although i'm not sure why.

 

the first one, i'm asking learner type in "call time increased." when previewed, able type in everything. however, when published, can type in "call time increas" , not able add in else.

 

the second one, i'm asking learner type in, "new store opening." again, when previewed, able type in everything. however, when published, can type in "new s" , not able add in else.

 

i not aware of character limit @ in captivate, appears must have somehow set one? can please help? btw - using adobe captivate 3. thank you!

i'm able type complete text both during preview , during publish. can send me sample viswanat@adobe.com, have @ it. did try increasing size of box?
