Can't access index.php anymore!! - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i installed joomla first time worked fine, had uninstall , reinstall again in afternoon. after reinstalling it, when go index page, 404 page saying:

you may not able visit page because of:

1. out-of-date bookmark/favourite
2. search engine has out-of-date listing site
3. mistyped address
4. have no access page
5. requested resource not found.
6. error has occurred while processing request.

someone said check seo setting, did , set no.

does know why happening? dont want have reinstall it, such hassel.

please help!

the answer may lie in, why did have reinstall it? perhaps same problem exists in reinstall. did use same database on reinstall?
