as above, whenever log in, either after boot or after screen saver has kicked in, keyboard reverts layout, if have manually changed gb (uk) layout.

have tried going system - preferences - keyboard - layouts , removing layout, keeps reappearing.

know how rid of keyboard layout imperialism once , all?

ok, i've tried 'remove' of usa layout in keyboard prefs, 'apply system wide' , problem still persists. ideas? there file in x need edit?
