Imposing booklet for Indd CS4 on a Mac
ok, i'm not sure proper forum thought start.
mac os 10.6.4
indesign cs4 v6.0.5
acrobat pro 9 v9.3.4
problem:
i've created booklet using letter-half documents (i.e. 2-up on letter). need send enduser in printable pdf.
i've tried using print booklet option reason adobe pdf printer not available i've created document using adobe postscript printer.
from here opened file using acrobat problem is printing in portrait not landscape there white space on top , bottom , right-facing page cut off runs off page.
i've tried go "printer settings" @ bottom of print dialog box , use apple's "print pdf" didn't work.
question:
(1) know why adobe pdf printer isn't showing in printer options?
(2) there easier way i've attempted?
(3) if creating .ps file way this, how can landscape?
i've tried download , install bookletce.mxp script failed install stating (csxs extensions require 'file' tag has "source" attribute root directory containing files necessary create csxs extension.) ever means.
i found called makebooklet.jsxbin script when double clicked on it, box came asking language. again have no clue means.

search google "indesign no adobe pdf printer in 10.6.x" , "indesign makebooklet language" without quotes information.
