I bought CS5 on ebay
i bought entire cs5 program on ebay 1 week ago. loaded onto brand new laptop windows 7. before loaded software had add necassary information onto existent host file on computer. told information contained on cd received purchase. did this. computer reason not let me save iformation created new host file , saved separately in same location original. subsequently loaded software programs on them. when try use illustrator or photoshop or of the programs asks me key. have key when put in, says incorrect. says can continue 30 day trial if like. not trial. bought full program. has had issue before? problem host file being incorrectly installed? don't know. please help.
if serial number entered not recognized, guess you've been misled person sold software on ebay.
i have no idea you're talking regard host file , cd. sounds fishy.
