Nothing Adobe will install or update! PLEASE help!

it started when went update adobe reader , flash player. whether remove them , try instal scratch or try update error window popping up.

 

firefox not install file at

because: unexpected installation error

i'm using firefox , have windows vista. thank in advance guys might able give me!

hi, use administrator account. download uninstaller , save desktop:

then download flash player installer firefox , save desktop:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
then downlad flash player installer internet explorer , save desktop:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe

 

be sure read on uninstaller instructions system tray, , make sure use administrator account.
when have done, close browsers. run uninstaller , when finished, reboot(restart) computer.
when rebooted, reboot again (to clear old files out)
then run firefox installer, run ie installer , when finished, reboot once.
test both browsers here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
then using ie, go manage add ons (all add ons) , find shockwave flash object , make sure enabled.
then using ff, find swf vs 10.1.53.64 plug-in , make sure enabled.
