Premier Pro 5.02 Trail Limitation?

sorry lazy question i'm evaluating multiple products simultaneously , feel should 1 easy question convince me buy product!

 

i'm importing h.264/mpeg-4 avc 1080/60p mp4 files sanyo xacti fh1a.    when play them in premier pro editor these clips jump on place , filled visual glitches.  in other applications adobe premier elements 8.0 , corel videostudio pro x3 play flawlessly in editor window.

 

however, once export edited footage premier pro resulting video looks fine.   problem appears in editor playback.   besides 1 issue it's best app i've evaluated.

 

so 1 question:  will problem go away registered version of app?

 

btw computer specs are:

 

• intel core 2 duo cpu e6850 @ 3.00 ghz
• 64-bit win 7
• 8 gb ram x 800 mhz
• geforce 480 gtx

the limitation of trial lack of mpeg-2 support @ level. affects other mpeg formats, not @ 100% level mpeg-2. because mpeg affected, issue might go away, full-paid version, or might either setting, or hardware related.
