Can't start Encore

my graphic card burnt out , computer tech replaced radeon x1300/x1550 (not sure if meaningful information). when try , start encore, or ppro matter, error message: "encore not find capable video play modules. please update video display drivers , start again." have checked driver video card latest.

 

i in middle of urgent projects , stumped. suggestions appreciated. if not right apologize.

it tech did not install latest video driver new card. go amd/ati site, , locate card , os, download , install latest catalyst (ati's name drivers) driver. note: going few versions, there several did not work in adobe programs. @ time, trick roll-back earlier version. months ago, newest drivers should handle that.

 

if tech in shop, it's did 1 of 2 things: install driver on utility disc, shipped card, , maybe year, or two, out of date, or may have had driver disc of own, older driver on it. prpro , en interface more closely video driver, other program have. other programs happily work generic windows driver, not prpro , en (or aftereffects). simple os update, or hot-fix, can render video card's driver obsolete, far prpro , en concerned.
