I need a unique group that have non-hierarchical permissions - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello.

i'm making "proof of concept" website should have following feature; unique group doesn't have permission post thing, have special data, , can create users in group.

for example, pets community, every pet owner has profile has informations address, birthday, email, , can post on forums directly, however, pets can have actual "profile" on community, these profiles (that other users) "child users" pets.

so way register pet register pet owner (parent) user , register pet (child) user pet.

also, authors , editors should pets .

the hierarchy this:

pets (child of pet owner)
-can have community profile
-can access chat/shoutbox

pet owners
-can register accounts pets
-can access "pet owner" details
-cannot access chat/shoutbox
-cannot have community profile

author (child of pet owner)
-cannot register accounts pets
-cannot access "pet owner" details
-can access chat/shoutbox
-can have community profile
-can edit other pet owners details
-can post new articles, etc.

all of them can access forums. looks madness, it's proof of concept, can used in real life example, condo, apartments "pet owners", residents "pets" , administrator residents "authors"...

the problem is, don't have idea if it's possible using extensions, or if necessary make brand-new extensions, or hack core system.

does know?

ok, if want example of usage, see below:

for condo:

every apartment has it's pre-made user, stored informations "parking space", "vehicles", "pets", "employees", etc. example: a1, a2, b1, b2 (are number of apartments).

every apartment can (it's not needed, that's why can use users above post on forums) make sub-user residents or friends of residents, have access community, personal profile, pms, chats, gallery, etc.

every administration resident (if janitor/manager residents) can modify apartments info, however, sub-users of apartment.

suggest use community builder extension...

make pet user , assign normal stuff (avatar, forum sig, etc.) fido, , add tab , couple of fields owner's information.

cute idea, don't make more complex has be, fido's not gonna type anything, he?
