Continue button after failure result

hi,

is there control on "continue" button on results page of quiz?

 

i have quiz set 3 attempts, retake button turned off, action jump course start.

first attempt failed status , continue button works correctly.

second attempt failed status , continue button doesn't work @ all...doesn't resume

     @ start of course.  , doesn't allow user take third attempt.

more details , testing:

it looks continue button automatically appears on final results page of quiz faulty.

it cannot deleted manually.  way rid of drag off screen  (because its

confusing student use continue button doesn't work). 

 

also, in quiz preference:  if click pass or fail , select action other than

continue, won't work properly.  e.g., when setting action jump slide 5, did this

after failing quiz, stopped @ question 1 after submitting incorrect answer , not

proceed when clicking anywhere.  instead way proceed by

clicking "forward" button in skin.

 

would appreciate on this...
