Thread: laptop won't boot after update
i installed update on dell d800 last night , won't boot. attaching pic of screen... i'm sure have not included enough info please let me know if have questions / suggestions.

update - wonder if happened in middle of update. updated computer yesterday... prompted many times on whether keep or replace files. nothing on laptop. have 2 teenage girls.. 1 of them may have switched users or knows during update. suggestions?
