Help exporting pngs without them changing size

i'm trying put image has different pieces in differnet files. made same base file resaved , recolored. when export pngs, export them @ same size , dpi. however, images have shrunk 1 pixel making them impossible line in photoshop. drawing additional lines in flash file nothing correct this. cant exact lineup since images skewed after export. how can prevent auto image editing happening?

*in image can see other 2 pieces aside mane have 1 pixel transparent border.

no, can not export them together. need them separated need line correctly. putting them both in photoshop not help. exported @ c pixel difference , alignment off.

 

no animation wanted.

 

 

i exporting them entire canvas, yes. need ot lign correctly exported pngs. appreciated!
