Frontpage registration - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i wondering best way this: want have registration form, , login form on frontpage. frontpage using separate template , not have content.

i thinking of setting homepage menu link (index.php?option=com_user&view=register)

and rendering login form module. best way it?

set frontpage user> registration layout menu item.

then put login module on sidebar.
