About CS4 vs CS5 - a request for information

core i7 820qm @ 1.73ghz (both cores)
ati mr hd 5870 (1 gb)
ram: 8192mb ddr3 1333 (2 dimms)
2 sata 500gb wd hdd

win 7 64bit

 

what want hear about, given hardware , 64 bit win 7... how different find cs5 encore be.

i've been working cs4 on same hardware month.

 

it sounds cs5 premier has significant change new rendering engine, encore? has aquired new , better way grind avi mpeg2?

 

my usage event videographer still in learning phase in respects.  although have developed familiarity adobe cs4 production set.  , have been off , on user of photoshop, premiere, encore , illustrator going version cs had no number following it.

 

its hard tell online descriptions adobe has posted, although appears have put effort trying describe expect.  isn't enough me understand might find better or worthwhile cs5.

64bit (required ppro cs5) means better use of more memory

 

your ati graphics card not allow hardware mpe in ppro

 

encore still 32bit, since "core" licensed roxio, , still 32bit
