hi. learning use joomla , far love it; i"ve started milky way template now, need help. need 2 menus on left - high school band , middle school band. if possible i"d have 'about high school band' home page. but, if can't that, , have leave default menu, there way either remove blue border , have font match menus below it, or have them have blue border?

the question bit trickey. not clear whether want make menu item home point article high school band or want make new menu item under menu high school band , make as opening page site.

if former true, make menu item home of type article layout , associate article high school band.

if latter true, open menu high school band, create new menu item named , associate article high school band. make sure change menu alias no 2 menu items may not have same menu alias. once menu item created make menu item default menu item - identified star.

also, if latter true, not see need have menu main menu.

if want remove blue border, open corresponding menu module edit in module manager , in advanced parameters tab/slide, delete text in parameter module class suffix.

if want introduce blue border, open corresponding menu module edit in module manager , in advanced parameters tab/slide, type text _menu in parameter module class suffix.
