i using ubuntu 10.04 & totally buggy. have no clue how fix looking here. recently, update manager failed update system.

error:
gpg error: http://download.virtualbox.org karmic release: following signatures invalid: badsig 54422a4b98ab5139 oracle corporation (virtualbox archive signing key) <info@virtualbox.org>failed fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/user/ppa-na...86/packages.gz 404 not found
index files failed download, have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

other error when boot ubuntu, there's error called busybox. says stopped waiting root device, command intrafms comes & have continuously press exit reach desktop. have googled long while on both these errors can't find solution either. can kind soul explain in layman terms? thanx.

if go into: system > admin > software sources > third party sources, , if see virtualbox listed, untick it.

other issue going need more info on, similar this?:
