How do I completely uninstall Photoshop CS ?

i have photoshop cs (2003).  i've been using on regular basis without problems.  2 nights ago using , not having problems, , printed out few pictures.  left open while printed huge file , in morning noticed photoshop wasn't responding.  had use task manager close out file. tried restarting , froze again.  did cold boot of system.  same results.  tried uninstalling via control panel. chose option keep activation info on reinstall had same freezing up.  tried uninstalling via control panel remove activation info.  tried reinstalling.  "an error has been detected , product cannot continue.  please reinstall application."  well, i've tried.  , don't have luck.  , tried going in , deleting program file, didn't help.  , instructions on how remove registry info , go 'documents , settings' me no since operating system sophisticated (i think windows 7, can't figure out how find out - give me windows xp back!) can't find anymore (i'm ex-assembly language programmer it's not don't know computer code - it's gotten sophisticated , left me in dust).  when start photoshop, 'credits' window opens along photoshop window , credits window disappears , after long time, error message pops up.  meanwhile if click cursor inside photoshop window message @ top banner next name adobe photoshop says 'not responding'.  2 standard side windows come show basic editing tools , layers, can't access of that.  oh, , adobe desk attendant informed me don't offer support on anymore.  suggestions how can working again?

adobe has clean scripts cs3-5, not know 2.  check download site.

the program meant clean residue uninstalling programs.  there different levels use.  read instructions before using.
