Stumped over Template Regions

our organization site built using dreamweaver templates (if helps see "in action" url nursing.iupui.edu). use contribute ease-of-use our distributed editors. i'm administrator , have enough knowledge dangerous using contribute (i'm more comfortable working directly in code), , unfortunately i'm 1 knows here. computer upgraded cs5. cs4, used left-nav, right-nav, center content format; left , right nav files include files. our editors use "template properties" add or remove right-nav file. cs4, use template properties check wanted appear, add path include file, or delete it, , save it. after cs5 installed when click template properties inconsistent region names box, don't know it's asking or how make selection. complicate things, now, when click template properties, alert box on top of inconsistent region names box says "in file ""orphanedcontent"":initializeui not defined.

 

i , irrevocably lost. dont' know right questions ask. can me?

can please provide screenshot of exact error message thrown on clicking template properties in contribute?
