embedded PDF size changed

i have embedded pdf in page using following code:

 

<embed width="700" height="1000" src="newsletter_9.pdf">

 

the example here:

originally, show whole pdf in frame, without scroll bars - show whole front page, , scroll down other pages.  now, shows portion of .pdf , difficult read online.

 

what's going on?  how can embed pdf's show proper width of page?

not @ all. pdf isn't web file type. whether shows inside browser user's configuration , different browsers different versions of acrobat (or other pdf viewers) behave differently. aside taht, embedding wrong. has no mime type, no pdf parameters, no clsid , that, naturally, if fiel opened, open whatever user's local default settings. in case, not idea.
