Not so simple blur question

is there way avoid color spill in blur? image below should illustrate problem. central part of image blurred using gaussian blur. , while selection of blurred area contained gray pixels , separated red area 4-6 pixel margins, nevertheless red color spill visible in central area. so, there blur plugin, trick or solution problem?

 

i understand why gaussian blur behaves way does, problem abvious there should solution. appreciated.

 

was gray section on same layer red stuff or on different layers?
