CS4 exporting and reduction of the file size

hello,

 

i'm new premiere pro. i'm trying export movie, final product uploaded on web employees download on computers.

 

it similar situation treehugger98 posted on: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2004696

 

i had 3 wmv recordings of microsoft live meeting event - conference call, bunch of powerpoint slides , audio of presentation/discussion. each 25mb , 2 fps, 704 x 528, 16000 hz - 16 bit, mono. 

 

i have selected settings project: (i'm in us) 720 x 480, 29.97 fps, 32000hz, stereo, , scaled size.

 

i combined few bits , pieces in one, final movie 2 hrs long. need have reasonable size output, file has downloadable, no matter settings tried - size enormous, not mention rendering time. doesn't have saved both platforms - apart designers, employee have pc, i.

you need put file on web, not "playing " movie ?  download file ?

this isnt specific...like how many bytes did start out begin each source ( asset ). wmv compressed , isnt perfect "editing" "delivery" format...for viewing, not editing...

regardless, if export isnt compressed larger "byte count" started with, because wmv compressed begin with... know mean ???

2 hours of avi type 2 sd ( standard definition 720x480 ) 26 gigabytes in byte count....

without knowing had begin knows project setting did...but must match assets specs project settings....

"no matter settings tried " doesnt tell me really...i have no idea tried ....please more specific this....and parameters of final product have be...in other words, can downsize product little bit ? make smaller 720x480 ?

what people have ?? @ ?  maybe doesn't have 720x480....making smaller on export side make byte count smaller , still ok view on computer.
