Thread: Unable to retrieve Audio CD information after installing ubuntu-restricted-extras

hi,

i've got ubuntu 10.4 , have been using rhythmbox play cds. when put cd in recognised , rhythmbox display artist , song titles. today installed following package:

ubuntu-restricted-extras

rip cds mp3s. worked, seems have had side effect of preventing rhythmbox retrieving information audio cds. if run rhythmbox shell following debug:

** (rhythmbox:2271): debug: loading real store page
** (rhythmbox:2271): debug: navigation requested https://one.ubuntu.com/music/store-no-token
** (rhythmbox:2271): debug: navigation requested http://stores.7digital.com/default.a...34&partner=983
cd not queried: cannot send/receive to/from server.

1 know how fix can rhythmbox retrieve cd information again? in advance can give me.
