I have a printing problem with a form created in Acrobat 8

i have created form in acrobat 8, , 1 of users filled in form using adobe standard 9. completed form fields no print. unable go form see wrong these fields.

to clarify question: when created form, set fields visible doesn't print. have since corrected aspect, of staff have completed form, unable modify setting render forms printable. know of way go in , edit form field settings once form has been returned? if there isn't way that, have recommendations on how can print these completed forms in manner? using acrobat 8.1.5.
