JPEG gets messed up when saving in Flash Professional CS4

dear fellow adobe flash professional users,

 

i having saving issue can't seem resolve.  have created drawings in adobe flash , saved them .fla files.  however, when try save files jpegs beyond resolution (such 4000x4000 pixels), image gets altered.  essentially, get's cropped, background left in remaining pixels.
