cannot install any cb plugin anymore - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i checked cb tools , looks fine , green in community builder. if try install plugin, cb lets me once run cb plugin checker, cb tells me this:

cb plugin "acajoom cb plugin": no database or no database description. (regardless plugin use)

anyone clue?

this warning message stating cb plugin have installed not have database section in xml file. there no real issue here.
