Contribute User Fee's ??

hi - i'm little confused ...are there monthly fees user if develop site contribute ? have in head ?adobe charges $30 / month access / use servers prerequisit use contribute ?

as far know, contribute separate program can edit websites. put. beyond cost of program itself, know of no monthly user fees (unless sold client contribute program , exacting monthly toll). sites not on adobe's server, , neither contribute.

 

now, perhaps adobe (unbeknownst of us) has begun hosted service contribute in cloud, speak, online service. don't know of one.

 

adobe have hosted service--business catalyst--with monthly fee, not @ associated contribute.

 

so:

1. no monthly fees contribute
2. no servers @ adobe using contribute
