Image size question

a client scanned large volume of old sales records pdf files litigation , in process reduced image size reasonably fit on letter-sized paper in landscape orientation.  far good.  problem in many cases there little room @ margins, particularly @ bottom i'd add footer each page text identifying documents, date etc.  since many of pages have little margin space down there footer intrudes document image.  there way adjust size (on document/onpaper) of scanned image create wider bottom margin can insert desired footer without putting on top of lowest paarts of scanned image?  if makes difference using acrobat 7 standard working others have acrobat 8.

you can use crop pages function add white space.
