searchable forms - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,

i want create simple dynamic website

contains 2 features :
first:
form user fills after submission each field should stored in separate entry in database
(each field has own column )

second :
search feature
which allows user search database (which filled form info)
and want customize search user can select search words(certain words) checking check boxes not entering search word.
i mean each user can search other users forms .

can using joomla ?

i've 2 choices :
building scratch using php
or
using joomla , modules
