Transfer site to new host and Joomlapack questions - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all,

i need advice on here. first time transfering site , getting bit stuck. read other post , have idea have few questions still

so here steps took (btw using joomla 1.5.14):

1.created a/c new web host

2. changed dns point new web host

3.installed joomlapack , created backup file uploaded new server.
now question in step:
i read should upload backup file , kickstart.php file public_html file. i can't find kickstart.php file...can tell me is? also

do need have fresh install of joomla installed on new server before upload backup file , kickstart.php file or joomlapack automatically me?

you can download kickstart.php joomlapack site - http://www.joomlapack.net.

there no need install joomla! on new server. kickstart.php automatically restores site files , restores database. in fact, during restore process presented installer joomla! installer.
