Can't right enable a file!!

i created form pdf in acrobat 8 , edited in lifecyle designer (same do), "rights enable" file in acrobat user can save file. (i've made 100 forms way). use email submit buttons. acrobat not rights enable form i'm working on. tells me save copy of file, "can't rights enable" message.

 

i can save filled in form when it's loaded acrobat, no problem , email submit works when put file on other computer, or on internet , open file, message can't save, plus email submit button doesn't work. unable rights enable file!

 

any ideas why happening file? , how can fix problem? i've been making save-able forms years.

 

the difference in form started out pdf (supplied client) , created form pdf.

 

help! forms have go online tomorrow.

most it's because you've worked on file in designer. it's 1 or other.
