Can somebody please help with Javascript. 2 small problems.

hi. have created dynamic pdf form fields. have 2 problems sure can me with. (i can email pdf upon request).

 

problem 1. in form have table (actually think sub form) has 3 buttons associated ('add row', 'delete row' , (clear row'). 1 button adds new row. works duplicates row (and text fields/cells contained in row) , places new row @ bottom of existing rows. require button (the button gets duplicated along row) place new row below row clicked. ie, imagine open document, fill out row (at stage there one) , hit 'add row' button. have 2 rows (great), fill out second row. here problem, if hit 'add row' button on first row, new 3rd row added bottom , not in between row 1 , row 2.

effectively if have dozens of rows filled out , need insert row amendment, cannot done without deleting rows point want make addition/insertion.

 

problem 2. within row of text/numeric fields 2 fields (called 'rate' , 'loading') dollar amounts entered. form filled out (the rows can dynamically generated , it's fields manually filled out user) there can potentially dozens of rows in completed form and, each row has many text/numeric fields, 1 can imagine columns forming once there more 1 row. @ end of form, totals automatically calculated. have created button reset (erase) amounts entered these 2 specific fields (columns) in every row. unfortunately there wrong script syntax button not this. ( want facility when form, budget proposal, completed need send 2 copies - 1 accountants figures , logistics , second copy department whom not want give figures, need button erase figures without having clear each cell individually).
