problem description:
hi.
2 more problems, i\'m learning
. wondering firstly how adjust font size in main menu items. i\'m sure staring me right int face. want make size bigger fills out left collumn more.
also using media player plugin , have setup on site fine reason video stops @ 38 seconds. i\'ve tried on multiple computers , loads full video stops playing. why these annoying problems
any appreciated.

change text size of menu's font, need edit css file. can either through joomla, or can offline/in ftp/hosting app.
see joomla documentation more details on that. should familiar html , css. if not, www.w3c.org wonderful site learn more.
far video goes, check source file wasn't corrupted during upload, or try using plug-in. there lots of great plug-ins in repository.
