Is there such tool or what's the closest alternative?

i need tool combination of lasso tool , free form pen tool plus functionality. want draw how lasso tool draws, gives feedback line, , can use alt key toggle between free form , straight lines, when release want selection automatically filled , deselected, holding modifier key should turn eraser.

 

i need creating illustrations in manner free hand lasso tool gives. gives appearance of style similar collage but  lasso or free form pen tool painfully slow , interrupt creation flow.

is there such tool or what's closest alternative?
