How can I fix a jumping flash banner images?

i made flash banner few months ago website http://www.hmghotels.com/

when play banner on computer fine when on web can see saccade (the image jumping not smooth)
how can fix that

in library, right click each image , select properties. in properties window select option aloow smoothing.

also, if images scaled down actual size, meaning imported them large , resized them in flash, better if resize them sizes before import them.
