CP4 - streaming swf with preloader percentage working?

hi,

 

i'm using captivate 4 , have rather large swf client needs.  we'd not wait whole thing download before playing.  understand can done using preloader % field, have been told changing number lower 100 doesn't (bug?)

 

before tell client have fix problem, know if setting works?  is/was there patch fixed it?   it's hard test on system since local , don't have wait long before whole thing loaded , plays.

the setting preloader works right, if deploy swf on webserver or lms. i'm not aware of mentioning did not work, except of course if publish exe.
