Button on Multiple Choice and True/False not consistent with Matching question slide

hi, working (in captivate 4) create question slides , have several true/false , multiple choice questions have same , feel , have same yellow "submit" button on slide.  when created new type of question slide, matching slide, submit button different (different color, size, font, shape, etc.).  tried updated button type "image" button, mc , t/f questions have, when that, image button i'm looking not appear in image library - checked in drop-down list of choices, , check more images folder.  additionally, not have copy of original image file.

 

it great if copy/paste 1 of other question slides , convert "matching" question slide can preserve proper "submit" button, have not been able change question slide such alters question type.

 

if please advise, appreciate it.

could post screenshots of what's happening? it's not entirely clear through description alone, unfortunately.
