Capturing on PP2.0 and Windows XP sp3

hello, there

 

i bought new computer:

 

msi x48c platinum motherboard & intel core 2 quad q9400 bundle - msi x48c platinum mobo, c2q q9400 2.66ghz, 4gb ddr3, 1tb hdd, case & psu

video card geforce gts 250.

 

and put windows xp sp3 adobe premium suite 2

 

i'm having problem capturing video matrox rt.x100 xtreme pro,

 

the capture window comes up, select source, play source but

the capture window black, nothing comes up,

it doesn't give me errors or something, it"s black.

 

do have idea, happining?

did install matrox drivers?

matrox has own capture tool using that?

is 1 hdd have?

matrox requires 3 hdd.
