Change shortcut to select layer

hi!

 

have wacom pentablet , since has or lot of trouble dealing shortcuts alt+[ , alt+], i'd change less complicated. l can change newly programmed shortcut tablet driver. l did shortcuts in- , decrease brush size. easy same selection of layers, you'd think. not quite, since l can't find desired option in dialogue screen (edit> keyboard shortcuts)!! there entry called "bring front" etc. that's not need! need change shortcut switches between active layers!! idea on how can done???

why not set wacom tablet photoshop preferences set tablet keys or pen rocker switch alt+[ , alt+] or create popup wacom menu when photoshop active application..  when customize wacom tablet select key want set use keystroke option the  key alt] when hit ] should see {alt}] in keystroke window.
