i wondering if joomla large volume real estate site? have build website management company has database of 300 properties , 5000 units. i'm wondering if joomla able handle this, or if there real estate property search extension use. great if apartments saved next year dont have go , re-enter information again. database growing. ideas or great, don't want start joomla if there no way achieve need to.

just know, website great not need or want complicated. beginner , have 2 months figure out , will. iwill doing rental properties, search price, location, bedrooms, bathrooms. unit pictures included, building amenities , map of properties.
