LMS Not Receiving Score Information

in 3 out of 4 of projects, lms not receiving score information captivate 5 project. difference i've managed find far (and might red herring) 1 sends information has different interaction id every question, whereas 3 failures have strange interaction id behavior (if @ question, have interaction id, say... 7078. if @ question, if it's different lesson, @ first question, it's interaction id have changed whatever looking at).

note: lesson tracking score perfectly, , displays appropriate percentage @ end of quiz.
