Can't read registry entry AppPath

hello,

on july, post problem, nobody can me. disappointed adobe product robohelp , adobe robohelp team.

 

i  robohelp 6 user , install trial version of rh 8 (on same  pc without uninstall rh6) see if issues have been solved. when i  start rh8 word immediatly got message dll problem, i  decide uninstall rh8 , continue rh6, the  problem "can't read registry entry apppath".

 

looking the  problem in forum, use revo-uninstaller, remove registry keys  mentionned in technote of adobe. search in registry any  keys containing word "robo" , remove them. install rh6 again  (several) , problem same.

 

i don't understand adobe has no clear solution.

 

my system windows xp3 (last release, updated) , word 2000. pc.

 

if  have ideas more solve problem, very, very  important me. after talk real problem  makes me attempt use rh8.

you dissappointed adobe robohelp team don't if have been support , suggested.

 

i'm not sure problem know cannot have more 1 version of robohelp word installed on 1 pc. maybe cause.
