500 internal server error cant access front end or backened! - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi installed artisio joomsef other night , installed except when enabled in end , clicked save received 500 internal server error.

i unable access front or end of website now? fml

i had copy of files off server prior install (not proper backup) on cpu.

i setup xampp create local host (mind dont have database off host) web master mia , not helping.

so website loads on computers local host (with config file pointing @ servers database still).mind receive 500 internal server error online on local host takes 5 seconds response , load (i dont know if thats why im getting error online because timing out).

the artisio joomsef isnt in components area anymore see plugin still there wont uninstall gives me error , wont uninstall. tried reinstalling joomsef , shows in components area see 2 plugins. wont uninstall both... when uninstall 1 other author n dates go blank.

i tried leaving installed disabled , error localy "unable connect mysql" /joomla/libraries/joomla/data/mysql.php line 233 or along lines.

im lost , dont know or how fix , online... ive read , tried everything.

fatal error: maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in c:\xampp\xampp\htdocs\joomla\libraries\joomla\database\database\mysql.php on line 223

i error on local host once reinstall joomsef , upload server.

it works fine prior uploading kind in mind said dont have database localy config.php still directed towards hosting site database.

im assuming timeout error , need rid of joomsef including in database dont have access cuz webmaster mia...

please help!!
