Adobe Flash Player 10.1 Not Working

i have spent hours , hours , used lot of ways trying solve issue, still can't fp work .

 

after update flash player 10.1, everytime when restart computer , go website using flash, website ask me reinstall fp.

 

just can't stay in computer. once runs, works fine.

 

but when check website: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html

 

it said flash player running in browser. , player version win 10,1,82,76.

 

in end, i'm looking see how fp10 stop trying reinstall each time open computer. thank you!

 

system info:

 

win7 64 bit

 

ie 8 (i'm using ie 8 32 bit.)

 

adobe flash player

 

eset nod32 4.2.40.29

hi, doesn't sound good. think may need check flash files see if correct.

 

go c:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash open flash , post files listed there.

 

then using ie, go tools, manage add ons toolbars & extensions. mid way "show" (light text) , click on add ons. should find shockwave flash object there, make sure enabled , should vs 10.1.82.76.

 

 

in meantime i'll see if nod32 has new browser add ons may conflict.
