doesn't matter. artboards utterly arbitrary , have no relation pages or whatever.

yes.

 

3. working web , video projects, should preview mode set pixel or default or matter?

 

yes wenb, not video. 2 unrelated matters - since can transform , continuously rasterize elements e.g. in ae, size doesn't have of mening there.
