Basic Workflow Question

hi all-

 

i'd build ae presentation looks you're walking/driving down road , images/photos/text appear on billboards walk/drive by.

 

i'll start simple possible, produce think common effect depth, moving through or past objects in 3d space, adding , moving cameras, etc.

 

does effect/presentation type go name or nomenclature? i'm not having luck finding tutorials online i'm sure i'm not searching right things.

 

i'm running after effects cs5, flash cs5 (if needed) , zaxwerks proanimator. i'm relative noob in real world implementation have been through many hours of training. if product(s) make easier i'd welcome information well.

... ok, after talking around sounds i'm looking can accomplished entirely in after effects, using cameras, maybe lighting , tracking....

 

does have resources me understand cameras, lighting , tracking?  lynda.com stops short in how use cameras in fashion, , touches on lighting.... don't mind paying learning resources either!
