form troubles

hi,

 

reader 9:

 

i'm having problems changing forms.

 

when start blanc form, works fine.

 

from moment save it, close it, , re-open (eg when want correct something), forbids me change anything.

 

(it says have ask original document in order make adjustments)

 

any idea goes wrong here?
