How to reduce size of the Organizer mode in PSE7

when open pse7 in editor mode, can change size of work space small area full screen.  when open in organizer, go full screen....clicking on small minimize/maximize buttons not work....the little square button momentarily change not stay way, , in no way size of work spage reduce.  can click on the  ( - ) , send whole thing taskbar.

 

this not happen other program or application on computer, windows 7 64 bit machine.  organizer seems determined thwart

my every effort.

 

i have loaded several thousand pictures organizer on past couple of weeks , don't want lose file...otherwise uninstall , reinstall pse7.....i don't know if or not.

 

i appreciate suggestions.

when reduce organizer, shape of icon change. maybe default size size of organizer set full length, , need resize manually. can verify dragging organizer original position. if organizer maximized not move otherwise move , once has moved, can resized manually.
