Connection Problems :(

i'm having trouble connecting ad2 version cue cs4 servers.  tried beta , i've tried release build on few machines. on 1 machine using beta able connect, , none of release builds. there weird replacement of ip 10.0.0.2 despite enter.

 

1. i attempted use qualified domain name. versioncue://server1.domain.com:51000
   • result: "the server cannot found" in less second.
2. use ip versioncue://196.168.0.211:51000
   • result other machines: "the server cannot found" in ten seconds.
   • result beta on 1 machine only: "connection" maps drive z: tooltip says server 10.0.0.2:51000 version cue 4.1.0
3. use adobe drive 1 on cs4
   • result: finds server automatically.

the weird part on 1 machine connected using ip. connection read 10.0.0.2:51000. on tooltip , log.

ip of machine installed version cue cs4 is 196.168.0.211, right?

a. if yes, can try browse http:// 196.168.0.211:3703.

b. if can browse webpage above, there ‘advanced’ tab in webpage.

      i.  click ‘advanced’ tab, in ‘advanced ’ tab, click ‘preferences’.

      ii. there ‘preferences’ page, remove url information in external url , port number if url information , port invalid. save it.

      iii. restart version cue cs4 server.

      iv. check if works ad.

if still can't works:

1.please post screenshot of version cue cs4 administration webpage.

2. confirm if there version cue cs4 , version cue cs3 both installed on machine.
