FastCGI Error - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,

i newcomer in joomla.
when trying install gallery extension (+-5mb) on version 1.5.13 site following error message :

fastcgi error

the fastcgi handler unable process request.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

error details:

* fastcgi process exceeded configured request timeout
* error number: 995 (0x800703e3).
* error description: i/o operation has been aborted because of
either thread exit or application request.


http error 500 - server error.
internet information services (iis)

anybody can me please, tried find without success.

try setting php5, instead of fastcgi, contact web hosting service.
